DG McMurry Jr., is a writer, artist and photographer who currently lives in the deserts of Arizona; close enough to see snow, but not have to shovel it, and not too far from the river. DG took to art as soon as he was able to hold a pencil, eventually selling cartoons to kids at school for nickel. Throughout his childhood, DG developed an appreciation for writing, art and later photography. Years of artistic expression lead to contests and various challenges as well as accolades. DG recently decided that no longer wish to be in the family business, and decided it was time to pursue his artistic goals that he had set aside years ago.
